Hi! My name is Shelby, I am the Office Manager of Arctic Smiles Orthodontics. I’ve been in the dental field for about 10 years and orthodontics has always been my favorite specialty since it helps to create everyone’s ideal smile. The perk of coming to our office is getting treated by Dr. Jones!

I am married and have two daughters, both of which keep us very busy and on our toes. If we are not working, we’re trying new places and creating fun memories as a family. Some of our favorite memories together include going up north, swimming, relaxing at the beach, or just at home playing games.

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Hi! My name is Nancy, I am the marketing coordinator for Arctic Smiles Orthodontics. I’ve been in the dental field for about 9 years. What I love most about my jobs are seeing how excited patients are with their new smiles!

When I am not at the office, I am spending time with my two amazing kids. We love to keep busy by playing soccer and going on little adventures!

Hi! My name is Ashley, I am a dental assistant for Arctic Smiles Orthodontics. After working in the dental field for over 10 years, I was excited to learn new skills and specialize in orthodontics. I joined Arctic Smiles Orthodontics in 2020 and quickly fell in love with the culture and team of the office. We are an amazing work family!

When I’m not assisting Dr. Jones chair-side, I am spending time with my husband and our two children. We love camping, going to Rocky Point, hanging out with friends, or working on a home improvement project that we always have going on. Here at Arctic Smiles, Dr. Jones and our team will treat you like family which makes us the coolest place in Scottsdale for Orthodontics!!

NOLA

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Hi! My name is Nola, I am a dental assistant with Arctic Smiles Orthodontics. I have been working in the orthodontic field for many years. It has brought me a wonderful career and many friends that I am lucky to call my work family. The many advances in orthodontics definitely keep me on my toes and my days that much more fun and interesting. Watching people successfully complete their treatment and enjoy their new smiles is definitely one of the amazing benefits of my job.

I currently reside in northern Arizona close to where my hometown is on a ranch. When not working, I like to stay busy with hiking, kayaking, and chasing around my 2 energetic English bulldogs.

MAGGIE

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

I am the first friendly face our patients see when they come into our office. It is my pleasure to welcome them, check them into and out of appointments, and schedule their future visits. I’ve been a registered dental assistant for more than 40 years and became a part of this team in 2012. These past few years have been such a joy! Dr. Jones is always so positive, kind, and thoughtful with us and our patients. My team members are all so unique, and I love the relationships we’ve built with each other.

I have two grown children who live in California, and I try to visit them as much as I can. At home, I have two wonderful Bichon pups. My hobbies include antiquing and creating porcelain China dolls.
